New Year ~~ New Member Benefit

MSBR is adding AuthentiSign to ZipForms

as of Jan 6, 2025

You can thank your Board of Directors for this new benefit.

Those who are new to zipForm follow this link: https://zipform.com/order/order.asp and input your NRDS id. New users will get access to both the base service and AuthentiSign upon creating their account.

Those who are already using zipForm: you do not have to take any action. AuthentiSign will be added as of January 6, 2025. For example, if you are an existing user who logged into zipForm on Jan. 6 you would get an in-app notification that AuthentiSign has been added to your account as a Mid-Shore benefit.

Brokers who may be interested in using Zip Forms

Any Brokers already using a Broker version of zipForm can reach out to accountmanagement@lwolf.com for more information on their specific account.

Any Brokers who are not yet on a Broker account of zipForm can reach out to sales@lwolf.com to see if a multi-user account is the right fit for you.

In order for MSBR to do that, we use the Maryland REALTORS attorneys to teach the core classes and we rely on our amazing affiliate members to teach what they specialize in for electives.

Rising Home Equity Boosted Household Wealth During Pandemic Homeownership Pays off

Per the Census Bureau, The median net worth of U.S. households increased about $40,000 from 2019 to 2022, primarily due to rising home equity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Survey of Income and Program Participation, median household net worth was $176,500 in 2022, up from $136,500 in 2019. Among households that owned a home, median home equity increased by $47,900 during that time.

All estimates are adjusted for inflation to 2022 dollars.

A new data visualization explores changes in net worth, assets and debt across different demographic and economic characteristics from 2017 to 2022.

Among more commonly held assets, or assets held by at least half of all households, home equity had the largest value.
