WELCOME NEW AFFILIATE MEMBER D.R. Horton
|
Contact: Brooke Fillman 302-841-1189 brdolby@drhorton.com
Donald R. Horton founded the company in 1978 in Fort Worth, Texas.
From our first home in 1978 to over 1,000,000 homes in 2023, our mission remains the same — to deliver quality and affordability across the country.
We have been the largest homebuilder by volume in the United States since 2002. We currently have operations in 125 markets in 36 states. Our company continues to grow across America through acquisitions and expanding market share. Through all this, our founding vision hasn't changed. We believe in homeownership for everyone. D.R. Horton continues to have a strong relationship with the Realtor community. Our real estate commissions grew from $880 million in 2022 to more than $950 million nationally in 2023. With numbers like these, you can’t deny we make a great team!
Locally, we are proud to offer 20 communities in Delaware and along Maryland’s Eastern Shore. One of our newest communities on the Eastern Shore, Riverwalk Terrace, has homes starting in the low 200s.

Now, go get yourself a nice Hot Cocoa, Peppermint Mocha or Hot Apple Cider - whatever kind of 'treat myself' reward you want - we checked with Santa, he says you deserve it.
