My name is Kathrin Moore or just short Kat. I started working in Real Estate in 2004. I took a break from working as a Real Estate agent but never left Real Estate. I continued working as a Real Estate Investor, which opened up a completely different view of real estate to me. That experience is helping me better understand the needs and wishes of both Sellers and Buyers. My life as a military wife for almost 20 years and now as a wife of a government contractor gives me that extra little bit of know-how to help those who serve our great country. I understand how complicated and exhausting the move to a new duty station can be. How do you say that-been there, done that...many times.

Mein Deutsch habe ich zum Glueck noch nicht verloren. Ich kann mich gut erinnern wie schwer es sein kann wenn man in ein anderes Land zieht. Um den Stress ein wenig zu verringern, beantworte ich gerne alle Fragen in Deutsch.

I was born and raised in Germany. I graduated High school in Germany, finished my apprenticeship in the hotel and restaurant business, and received my “Hotelmeisterschule Abschluss” before moving to the United States. In the United States, I continued my education and got a degree in Arts with a main in Real Estate studies. I met my husband of now almost 30 years in Germany. We moved back to the United States over 20 years ago. All my life, I have been interested in finding things with which I can help other people. Real Estate gives me that opportunity.

I help my clients find a new home or sell a house in Anne-Arundel County, Prince George's County, Howard County, and Southern Maryland. Finding a new home can be exhausting. Let me help you to make that experience a bit easier.
