Attend only one day and earn 7.5 hours of CE towards license renewal.  LEGISLATIVE AND LEGAL UPDATE, BROKERAGE RELATIONSHIPS AND DISCLOSURES and 1 elective class. In-person at  Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS office, 8615 Commerce Drive, Suite 2, Easton, MD.  Free for MSBR Members. Non-Member cost is $80. 9:00AM - 5:15PM - Lunch Included.
