Attend only one-day and earn 7.5 hours of CE towards license renewal.  Legislative and Legal Update, Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures, Residential Plant Management (elective). In-person at Eastern Shore Higher Education Center, Chesapeake College, Wye Mills, MD.  Free for MSBR Members. Non-Member cost is $80. 9:00 - 5:15. Continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided.
