This 3-hour required course for newly licensed agents reviews the laws and guidelines that affect property management and offers strategies for managing the risks that property managers face to help licensees gain knowledge in this growing industry. Some course highlights include Property Management basics, fiduciary responsibilities, ADA and Fair Housing compliance, Landlord and Tenant rights and obligations, lease agreements, security deposits, commercial leases, recent landlord-tenant MD bills. Topic "M" CE requirement for newly licensed agents after 10/1/2023.  Taught by Real Estate Educator, Mary Groven, Virtual Zoom.  Note: This class will also qualify as 3-hour CE elective for agents licensed before 10/1/2023.
