Provides an overview of the Maryland homeownership website and features available to consumers and licensees. Specific mortgage programs and financing offered by Maryland, local and private entities. Offered in person at MSBR as an individual 1.5 hour Elective CE or take all four classes offered to earn the Housing Opportunity Certificate. Instructor: Brenda Kasuva.
