A Deep Dive into Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)

Description

This 1.5 hour, MREC approved class will provide a basic understanding of the definition of an ADU, site design requirements, local zoning requirements, and construction costs. Taught by Affiliate Member, Steve Layden, P.E., Compact Home Plans. In person at the Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS office, 8615 Commerce Drive, Suite 2, Easton, MD on April 24th from 4:30 pm -6:00 pm.
