Description

This 1.5 hour, MREC approved elective class will equip attendees with the knowledge to assist homeowners facing financial hardship and struggling with mortgage payments. The course will cover options to avoid foreclosure, including the benefits of short sales—minimizing credit score damage, settling mortgage debt, and offering tax relief. Taught in-person at Chesapeake Community College by MSBR affiliate Bill and Denise McCormick from CK Capital Management. 1.5 elective (F) credits toward license renewal.
