This 1.5 hour, MREC approved class will provide a basic understanding of the definition of an ADU, site design requirements, local zoning requirements, and construction costs. Taught by Affiliate Member, Steve Layden, P.E., Compact Home Plans. In person at the Higher Education Center at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills on April 24th from 4:30 pm -6:00 pm.
