This will be a fast paced 75-minute seminar covering how to navigate negotiations throughout the entire real estate process, from both the listing side and the buyer’s side. You'll learn how to effectively acquire listings and price properties accurately. It will cover strategies for negotiating between listing agents and buyer’s agents, as well as handling offers—whether you’re accepting, countering, or rejecting them. The course will also focus on negotiating key terms such as the settlement date, contingencies, inspections, and home sale conditions. Additionally, you’ll learn how to address pricing discrepancies, such as differences between Zillow estimates and tax assessments. Finally, he’ll cover how to successfully negotiate with your own client and protect their best interests, whether you’re working with a seller or a buyer. The last 15 minutes will be a Q & A session.
